If you raised a return/refund for an order that was paid using SPayLater, your refund will be processed once your request is reviewed and approved by the seller or Shopee's team. Once your refund is successfully processed, your credit limit will be restored within 24 hours. The return/refund request should be raised within 3 working days after the order is delivered.
For orders from one seller only
If you are requesting a partial refund for an order that was paid using SPayLater, you may select the product that requires a refund. For example, you may have purchased Product A, Product B and Product C from Seller X in an order. If you wish to request a return/refund, you may select the product that requires a refund.
For orders with products from more than one seller
If you are requesting a partial refund for an order made for a particular seller that was paid using SPayLater, you may select the order that requires a refund. For example, you may have purchased Product A and Product B from Seller X and Product C from Seller Y in an order. If you wish to request a return/refund, you may select the product from the order that requires a refund.
How to view your SPayLater transaction history
You can view your transaction history by following the steps below:
Access SPayLater via the Shopee or ShopeePay app.
Step 1: Go to SPayLater homepage
Step 2: Click on Transactions
Step 3: Select individual transactions to View Details
Step 4: View Transaction Details
